Access to this application is subject to the conditions set out in the contract of use. Even in the demo version, you are obliged to use the software properly, to make no attempt to manipulate it beyond that which is foreseen in the normal year of tasks and not to facilitate access to third parties. If any irregularity is detected, the user agrees to immediately notify Clickart so that it can be solved without prejudice to the parties.

We believe it is of the utmost importance to guarantee and protect the privacy and confidentiality of our user?s personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December concerning the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

3. Purpose of processing The collection and use of personal data will only be carried out if you voluntarily provide us with your personal data. The different purposes for which your personal data may be processed are:
(i) Contracting Licence of Use (the Contract) The personal data provided during the course of entering into this service (the Contract) will be collected, processed and used for the purpose of managing your Contract for the subsequent execution of the Contract, and for the purpose of maintaining the contractual relationship, the management, administration, provision, extension and improvement of the services, as well as the sending of technical and operational information related to the Contract, by any means, including email and/or equivalent means.
(ii) Customer satisfaction surveys. The personal data provided during the course of entering into the Contract (the Contract) will be collected, processed and used for the purpose of improving the services we provide.
(iii) Advertising communications. In the event that you give us your express and unequivocal consent, the personal data provided will be collected, processed and used for the purpose of sending you commercial communications both on paper and by electronic or telematic means, in connection with the products and services marketed by Clickedu at any given time. The User may choose, at any time, the channels or means by which they wish or do not wish to receive the aforementioned communications.
(iv) Data Storage. The personal data of the educational centre that is contracted through the use of our programme will be hosted on secure servers. Clickedu will not have access to such information beyond what is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the application, as well as to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of the hosted data.
3.1 Duration of Data Storage Personal data provided for the purposes of (i) to (iii) will be retained for as long as the business relationship between the parties is in force and for a maximum period of 5 years. Personal data provided for purpose (iv) will be retained for as long as the business relationship between the parties is in force.
4. Legitimacy for Data Processing The legitimacy for the processing of the personal data provided for the purposes of (i), (ii) and (iv) is the compliance with the legal obligations on the basis of the commercial contract signed between the parties. The legitimacy for the processing of personal data provided for purpose (iii) is the express and unequivocal consent given by the data subject.
5. Recipients 5.1 Communication of data.
Clickedu will communicate your personal data to third parties in the following cases:
a) Legal obligation: In order to comply with any legal obligation incumbent upon it, Clickedu may communicate, where appropriate, your personal data to third parties.
b) Execution of the Contract: In order to comply with any obligation arising from the execution of the Contractual Agreement, Clickedu may communicate your personal data to the technological service providers with whom the hosting of the platform has been contracted. 5.2 Transfer of data to countries outside the EU (European Union). Clickedu does not transmit data to countries outside the EU (European Union).
6. Exercise of rights by the data subject We inform you that you have the right, free of charge and insofar as the legal requirements are met, to exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability of your data, opposition, limitation of processing, as well as the right not to be subject to non-automated individual decisions. In relation to any communications sent for advertising purposes, you may exercise your right to object to and restrict the processing of your data. Furthermore, insofar as you have given your consent to data protection, you may revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.
